Florence hospital is an extremely pathetic hospital. I had taken my mother there for chemotherapy and had the worst experience ever. There is no systematic approach towards anything. The staff is extremely unhelpful and careless. They make serious patients wait endlessly without taking their concerns seriously. The poor service causes additional stress and inconvenience to the patient as well as the attendants. They have no concern about the patient’s health. All they care about is money. If you care about your physical and mental well being, never ever visit this substandard hospital.
